While I regularly repatriate my old 4K Ultra HD tests before MaG, I ended up with a certain amount adopting a format more than light. In fact, rather than abandoning them in the limbos of the web, I had the idea of creating this section. And then, this Bazar isn't there to replace my longer and more detailed articles. Good reading!

A good 4K disc for this family horror film where, unlike the soundtrack, a bit flat but competent, visual upgrading is important (even if still imperfect) vis-à-vis the previous Blu-ray today dated (cf. the cleanliness of the master, the improvement of the details, the fineness of the grain and the strengthening of the contrasts). If he deserved a little better, Gizmo was ambied like never before.

Provided with a splendid image and sound tracks as energetic as enveloping greatly improving the Blu-ray experience (cf. the notable increase in detail, the realism of lighting and the verticality of 3D mixing), make full adventures and large wild spaces in front of the 4K Ultra HD of this joyous family entertainment.

Want to get to the next level with this fun adventure? To launch a game, nothing like the certified 4K Ultra HD IMAX Enhanced which offers a high quality image and sound worthy of a latest generation video game (exemplary sharpness, details that reach peaks, optimum brightness, colors of great presence and a robust soundtrack to the effect) « sound bubble » attractive).

Like her striking heroine performed with a lot of enthusiasm by Margot Robbie, this big, unpredictable and joyfully violent delirium where the acidic visual slams and the action scenes make it hard to find in this 4K Ultra HD a setting of choice. Because from the stylized image (an extremely colorful photograph infused with neon lighting) to the muscular soundtrack (once the volume is increased), the Blu-ray is dropped (like an old sock) by the superiority of the UHD transfer while the soundtracks (with a little weak voice but completely insane spatialization) remain the same.

A brand new body and a very powerful unmodified motor, allow this 4K Ultra HD to offer pole position even if it has crossed the finish line not without some technical damage (noise and chromatic aberrations of that). Because of the generally winning image (preserved granular structure, textures of greater accuracy, increased color fidelity, more dynamic contrasts and beautifully nuanced light sources) to the soundtrack fully vigorous (impersive environment, intense races and energetic music), this disc looks great! For fans of this Top Gun On the road (an unsubtle but perfectly calibrated entertainment despite a drop in diet due to a poorly negotiated turn), the purchase is strongly advised.

Benefiting from a UHD transfer of all beauty that respects the biases marked by photography (the copious granularity being finally tempered only by the very moderate use of DNR) while giving a boost to the definition, colors and lighting (the Blu-ray is terribly washed out in comparison), the 4K Ultra HD of this tripal human drama dotted with ultra-spectacular action scenes, puts also « Full ears » thanks to an English soundtrack of anthology which, apart from the lower bass, crushes its predecessor with destructive lightning (space and dynamic engagement of every moment)... Especially since the rise of the mixing is impressive (cf. the inaugural magnetic storm and the attack of the tripods).

This old school polar with strong characters and brutal action scenes, offers an excellent 4K Ultra HD with a very harmonious cinematic image than in HD (increased finesse of the false grain, tangible improvement of clarity, authority on the rise of the primary, extensive richness of contrasts and great intensity of urban lighting), and to sound very much into it just as dynamic (it hit hard) and immersive (the streets are swarming with atmospheres) with incredible shots of impact (like Miami Vice).

As enchanting as the quest full of magic and fantasy that he accompanies, the 4K Ultra HD of this humane adventure comedy releases its charms with a wonderful image and a fantastic soundtrack. Cannot visually reach the sharpness (high resolution), the depth (density of colors), the shine (light intensity of spells) of its UHD counterpart, the Blu-ray is defeated... during a role play game! And on the sound side, if mixing (beautiful surround integration) gains in wrap (cf. the air scene reserved for the English track), syndrome « Atmouse » remains (low volume of recording and unworthy impact of trolls).

This historical suspense with the Great War in the background rests on a technical prowess (a unique ingenious false plan-sequence) that is truly illustrated in 4K Ultra HD. Traumatized by the trenches, the Blu-ray (fade and little detailed in comparison) fails to overcome the stakes that are being played (except on the side of the soundtracks where it smacks with the same assets... i.e. an enveloping 3D mixing that dispatches its aerial body and makes the powder speak when necessary) where its UHD counterpart is in full possession of its means (spinned with madness, calibration designed for the HDR versions, high luminances better trimmed, lighting of a disconcerting natural). Deploying magnificent images and developing a very immersive soundtrack that plunges us into the heart of the no man

This stylized, ultra-lech staged polar, which manages to combine romanticism and stunning action scenes with the John Woo, is forced to kill, not without a tear of remorse (the strangely monochromatic grain lets shine a silvery texture sometimes coarse), in 4K Ultra HD. Much more detailed, cut out (cf. the increased depth of the contrasts) and richly coloured without having to suffer from any resurgence of video noise (in side, the image of the French Blu-ray appears as terribly soft, bland and dirty!), this UHD transfer is as elegant (light sources more refined) as its mysterious assassin. Unfortunately deprived of a 3D mix, the soundtrack obviously imposes less than that of the (big) current productions but benefits no matter what happens from a very precise distribution of the effects/ambiences (gunshots and other explosions during the shootings) and from a wildly envoking score to the certain extent. For fans of this cult work of 90s whose absence of VF and STFR is not a problem, buying is strongly advised.

This fast and cute buddy movie where the mythical blue hedgehog comes into action, holds the road better in 4K Ultra HD after a hot session in Blu-ray. Relying on the work of visuals and an invigorating soundtrack, this edition gives a good boost of peps (increased details, bolder colors, enriched contrasts, high dynamic range very effective, swirling 3D immersion and dynamic full of energy) to Sega mascot.

A magnificent tribute to superheroes, this unbroken festival of references, gags and actions is moving to a higher speed (just the one above) in 4K Ultra HD. Put on his most beautiful costume, let's admit it a little over année (cf. aging animation), the image comes out victorious of his duel with his HD counterpart... But its success, frankly moderate (the details are barely more refined), is due only to the intervention of HDR/WCG processes which give it a renewed vitality on the side of the colors (the primary ones are more vibrant). And with its superhuman hearing, the new 3D mix of the soundtrack is more alive than before (the surround activity has been enriched and the air scene regularly comes to the rescue) but also, and it is unfortunately a constancy in the team of Super Mickey, less powerful (dynamic and disappointing bass)! So before you go to save the world, ask yourself: Do I really need new equipment?
Nyctalope like Riddick and with a very good hearing, I am ready to jump on physical editions and SVOD platforms. But if the quality isn't on the rendezvous, stop at the bite! #WeLovePhysicalMedia
