WORK – The world won't save itself
The Men In Black have always protected the Earth from the vermin of the universe. In this new adventure, they attack the most important threat they have encountered to date: a mole within their organization.
In spite of an automatic staging and a very meagre intrigue, this new adventure of the (Wo)Men in Black is a timeless entertainment to casual heroes (even if the old duo was more charismatic), to the good children's valves and to the various sets, which respects the specifications of the franchise. Nice.

The increased resolution and full-pot usage of HDR/WCG technos, make this UHD HDR10 transfer even more attractive than its already beautiful HD counterpart.
The warm colours are much more vibrant (fluo outfits, shop signs), the contrasts are openly more deluge (high-gloss whites and hyper-corsed blacks), the luminous dynamics are much higher (the brightness of metal objects, the supernatural powers of twins, the brightness of the sun, the intensity of explosions) and despite a Digital Intermediate 2K, the accuracy of the images is increased thanks to closer, more refined planes and elements of the frame with better designed textures (clothes, decors).
Nevertheless, the carnation of faces (human) is sometimes strange, but like Blu-ray « pain » There is no doubt that this is a deliberate (even if doubtful) choice of the artistic team.
SON – We are the Men in Black
An acoustic tourbillon of all the moments that makes the room listen to noises « Wow! » and fantastic atmospheres without releasing pressure. The dynamics are dreadful, the spatialization is crazy, the surrounds are scathed, the score enveloping and the basses are striking.
But to make the most of this grand-eight sound, direction the excellent VO whose air scene adds a dome effect (use of weapons, office life within the British agency, music, etc.) far from being annoyed.
CONCLUSION – A mission to « flashing » ?
If it does not add any surplus value to the franchise Men in Black, this spin-off still remains a pleasantly distracting modern show that, thanks to a technically sound 4K Ultra HD, stripes the cult saga. So there's no reason to use his neurolaser.
