WORK – English Braking
Bea, Thomas and the rabbits now form a recomposed family, but Pierre does everything he can, but he does not seem to get rid of the reputation of a thug who sticks to his skin (a rabbit). An adventurous outside the vegetable garden, Peter discovers a world in which his petty crimes are appreciated, but when his family risks everything to go looking for him, Peter must choose what kind of rabbit he wants to be.
Despite a somewhat laborious intrigue in a broken movie way, this bouncing family comedy to the tender heroes, to the still so bluffing animation and to the taken action scenes, allows itself a fine life lesson while denouncing the drifts of commercial exploitation. In short, this new adventure will delight the young public... And some adults since very conscious of herself and not devoid of irony.
IMAGE – Field hare... And cities!
Pointed and highly detailed, this UHD HDR10 transfer without any visible softness improves the HD experience, also defined or almost (cf. the fineness of the furs), by the increased depth of its colors and the punch grown from its contrasts.
The shades are more vibrant (green landscapes, blue sky, fruits and vegetables at the farmer market), deeper blacks (the stash of the robbers), brighter whites (it is very clear when passing through the gym) and brighter light sources (the lights of the train, the rays of the sun through the windows).
SOUND – Animal Words
Rhythmed by welcome pop songs and excellent clarity (like dialogues), this feverish soundtrack that abounds with disproportionate (but rarely fortified by deep bass) slapstick-like effects is as animated as possible... Even if the elements of the mixing come far more from the rear than from the heights, the use of the aerial scene is marginal.
Also enveloping and showing the same dynamic, the VF remains a safe value.
CONCLUSION – Are the carrots cooked?
As our little heroes come out of their vegetable garden to go to the city, the present 4K Ultra HD does not give any desire to spread out at high speed!
