WORK – Insignifying but dangerous!
Hutch Mansell, a father and a frustrated husband who was totally deconstructed by his family, is content to take the blows without ever returning them. But following a burglary in which he decided not to intervene, his ravaged instincts will propel him on a violent path, revealing shadows and unsuspecting lethal skills...
In an avalanche of punches, shootings, and tire yellings executed by a tasty Bob Odenkirk, this bis entertainment striking with uncomplicated violence is played praise the pif-buck. Influenced by John Wick and cultivating excess, this dream movie that beats is as stupid as it is fun!
IMAGE – Flood of fire and blood
So much more aggressive than its HD counterpart, this UHD Dolby Vision transfer is as intense visually as the work it accompanies!
Mickly granular (a perfectly assumed artistic will), this character-filled image is unquestionably clearer and precise than that of Blu-ray (see faces, clothes and environments). And if the colours have also been improved (the primary ones are bolder), it is mainly on the side of the contrasts (whites considerably brighter and blacks much deeper) and the different types of lighting (sometimes even blinding!) that the gap is widening frankly.
SON – Sulphate my love
Having stopped flourishing as soon as it farts from everywhere (and it is regular), this soundtrack completely « On » use all the channels at his disposal to finish persuading the recalcitrants to the hearing destruction!
The dialogues are clear, the pyrotechnic effects are striking as far as possible, the blows carried are painful, the engagement of the dynamics is total, the atmospheres are not superfluous (especially when they are swinged in heights), the scene surrounds degomme and the score has style.
CONCLUSION – Chuck Norris only needs to stand up!
Deliciously absurd and undeniably bum, this awakening of the warrior who will satisfy the action addicts is equipped with an Ultra HD Blu-ray as burnish as he!
Nyctalope like Riddick and with a very good hearing, I am ready to jump on physical editions and SVOD platforms. But if the quality isn't on the rendezvous, stop at the bite! #WeLovePhysicalMedia
