WORK – Larger, stronger, less protective

The improvement of resolution (DI 4K obliges) allows for a significant increase in details (the close-up facial features, the fineness of the background, the textures of the accessories), the use of the WCG allows the colorimetric palette to be much more vivid (the primary ones, from the blue sky to the red blood, come out of the screen) and nuanced (the amber interiors), and the presence of the HDR technology greatly accentuates contrasts (cf. the depth of the blacks and the shine of the whites) such as lighting (the atmosphere of nightlife, flames, daylight, reflections on the bodywork, etc.).
SOUND – Tick Tock Motherf***Er!
Powered by the regular engagement of its surrounding channels (pyrotechnic effects + environmental atmospheres) and the presence of its aerial scene (overflight of helicopters, the resonance of the shots, the debris falls), this stunning Dolby Atmos soundtrack with boiling dynamics, clear voices and heavy bass (it falls well, explosions grow soaring!) is split into a sound design whose overabundance (including a detonating score) is the master word.
Less « violent » and somewhat diminished, the VFQ nevertheless continues to provide an immersive sound performance to the rich acoustic variety... It must also be said that the film lends itself fully.
CONCLUSION – Three is even better?
Even more crazy and inflated with a Salma Hayek, the 50th thundering, marrys completely curved, this 2nd opus full of adrenaline is adorned with a first-rate technical presentation (the image looks great and the 3D audio track is full of vigor) in 4K Ultra HD. Put an end to your sabbatical leave and return to service!
