Obtained from Sony, this magnificent 4K restoration that preserves the silver grain from 35 mm capture suffers from a UHD Dolby Vision transfer to draft encoding.

With a beautiful sharpness, the image is provided with an exceptional definition where details (faces, clothes, decors) are displayed with more precision than in HD. As for the use of WCG and HDR, the saturation of colours is more intense than in the past (greenness), the consolidation of proven contrasts (the depth of shadows) and the intensity of increased light sources (candles, reflections, neons).

But that's it, it happens at the rate of collapse. As a result, several plans stumble with the arrival of a parasitic softness and especially the presence of large artifacts... And not just chrominance, since pixels can invade the screen! Fortunately, this inconvenience is rare on the length (less than two minutes in total and for everything).
