Take the green...
Shaken by an attack against her in town, Tereza (Malu Galli), an accomplished designer, can no longer leave her home. When her husband succeeds in attracting him to their country house, it is unimagined that they will have to face the revolt of the workers who are working their land, soon to be moved to build a luxurious hotel.
Echoing the social torments that cross Brazil, Property cleverly built a tension that will only swell during the feature film. Playing between different image diets (short segment filmed on the laptop, surveillance camera images, etc.) and skillfully handling out-of-the-box and over-frame, Daniel Bandeira without difficulty manages to make exist his array of characters and visually explain their power relations.
From campaign to closed doors
The good idea of the film is probably the use of an armored car in which Teresa will end up locked up. The use of particularly skilful sets (the shot, the smoke, the smoked windows, etc.) and extremely graphic projections of violence will suffice to leave an indelible mark on the viewer.
If the will to get rid of all manicheism is ultimately not fully held and causes the spectator's (probably involuntarily) empathy to tilt on one side, Property remains like a very nice surprise of this festival beginning. See if he can make a way to the halls!?
Drinking the Stephen Kings as the apricot syrup of my native country, I first discovered cinema through its (often bad) adaptations. I'm married to Mrs. Wilkes as much as a persistent Stockholm syndrome, I am gradually opening up to videoclub films and B-series peasers.Today, I wander between my favorite cinemas, film festivals and the edges of Helvetic lakes much less calm than they look.

The film is really catchy and well filmed (the initial flashback is a good find in terms of rhythm). Unfortunately there are some script inconsistencies that have disappointed me.
Without too much spoiler:
Watering hose. Why is he doing this?
Seafood. Why don't they come at night?
Shop. It's an exaggerated reaction.
