It was at the Fantasia festival that we were able to discover Cielo, Bolivian tale where a child will go to the desert after literally eliminating his family. Goal, get her dead mother back to heaven. Directed by Alberto Sciamma, the Barcelona director we met in Montreal, the film foils our expectations with poetry. Alberto Sciamma, director
Born in Barcelona, Alberto Sciamma began as a video director before gradually turning to the feature film as a screenwriter and director. Her plural work embraces different genres. His films have a common characteristic of searching for unique universes detached from reality. Cielo has visited several festivals including Fantasia and the Strange Festival, where the film was noticed by its atypical atmosphere.
