What is love? Wide question that goes through Fabien Gorgeart's last eponymous film. Not at all displeased with molecular chemistry, which claims that love would last no more than three years, the filmmaker shows us with gentleness and clever humour that the affair is much more complex than it seems. As Marguerite surrenders at the request of her ex-wife to testify to demand the nullity of their covenant before God, a simple protocol affair turns into a sentimental brainstorm to the gates of Rome! Double prized at the Alpe d'Huez Festival for comedy with the Grand Prix du Jury, as well as Laure Calamy's Women's Performance Award, the film seduced the editor with its sincere writing and colourful characters. We're talking to Fabien Gorgeart!
